There are some differences between non-woven fabrics and brushed fabrics. They are different in many aspects such as production process, appearance and performance, and usage.
1. Production process: Non-woven fabrics are made by melt spinning or spun bonding of chemical fibers such as polyester fiber or polypropylene fiber. The brushed cloth uses the friction between the sanding machine and the emery leather to form a layer of short fluff on the surface of the fabric.
2. Appearance and performance: Non-woven fabrics are lightweight, soft, elastic, breathable, waterproof, and easy to decompose, and are often used in environmentally friendly materials. The brushed cloth has a layer of fluff on the surface and has a more refined appearance. As a high-grade combed cotton, it feels softer and more comfortable.
3. Uses: Non-woven fabrics are widely used, including medical, hygiene, food packaging and other fields. Brushed cloth is mainly used for the production of bedding, pillows, curtains and other household items, and has better warmth retention.
In general, there are obvious differences between non-woven fabrics and brushed fabrics in terms of production process, appearance, performance, and use. Each fabric has its own unique characteristics and applicable scenarios.
